Alex Rodriguez hits three home runs against Kansas City on Saturday night.

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Alex Rodriguez has hit three home runs against the Kansas City Royals on Saturday night.

A-Rod, who became the youngest player to reach 600 homers on Aug. 4, slammed a 412-foot homer off Sean O'Sullivan in the sixth inning, a 419-foot shot off Kanekoa Texeira in the seventh and added a 439-foot drive in the ninth against Greg Holland that landed in the fountains in left field.

It was Rodriguez's fourth career three-homer game, and the first time since April 26, 2005, against the Angels.
