About the bill

A bill to provide for congressional review and oversight of a deal on Iran's nuclear program. Congress would have at least 30 days to review a final nuclear agreement with Iran and could vote to approve or disapprove of the agreement. However, the president would retain his right to veto any resolution of disapproval. It would require a two-thirds majority of both the House and Senate to override the president’s veto and scuttle the deal.
