The headquarters for President Barack Obama's campaign in Fort Myers has been burglarized, but detectives say only cash was taken.

Lee County detectives say none of the computers were stolen and there were no political statements or graffiti left behind. Authorities say the only thing missing is an envelope with an undisclosed amount of cash.

Deputies were called to the headquarters Sunday morning after an employee found the glass front door had been smashed and broken. Detectives are looking for a man seen on surveillance video at the time, calling him a person of interest.

The Lee County Sheriff's Office statement says anyone with information should call authorities. They may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $1,000.
