Biden Hasn't Ruled Out Third Run for White House

Vice President Joe Biden said Sunday that he still has his eye on the Oval Office.

Vice President Biden might still want the word "vice" taken out of his title. 

The two-time presidential candidate, whose most recent bid ended last year, said Sunday that he would not rule out the possibility of a third presidential run. 

He said President Obama is "off to a great start" and will be a "great president," and defended the current lineup as best for the country. "We got the order correct -- he's the president, I'm the vice president," he said on NBC's "Meet the Press."  

But asked if he would consider another run for president some time in the future, he said: "I won't rule that out."  

Biden is 66 years old and would be 73 on Election Day in 2016. 

Biden unsuccessfully sought the Democratic nomination in 1988 and again in 2008.
