Leaders of the House and Senate Budget Committees unveiled a budget deal on Tuesday. If passed by both houses of Congress, the short-term agreement spearheaded by Rep Paul Ryan (R-WI) and Sen Patty Murray (D-WA), would end fiscal brinkmanship and the possibility of another government shutdown for at least two years. However, the plan is already facing criticism from lawmakers on both sides of the aisle. Congressman Ryan takes on the critics, this week on Fox News Sunday.
