18-year-old pizza delivery guy asks to play family's piano, wows with Beethoven sonata

An 18-year-old pizza delivery man is going viral after wowing his customers with his piano skills.

Bryce Dudal was delivering a Hungry Howie’s pepperoni pizza to the Varchetti family outside Detroit on Wednesday when he noticed their piano and asked if he could look at it.

The Varchettis invited the recent high school graduate into their home see the baby grand, which he then asked if he could play.

“He was just beyond good,” Julie Varchetti told the Washington Post.

Dudal, who said he's self-taught, wowed the family by playing the third movement of Beethoven’s “Moonlight” sonata from memory, the Post reports.

Julie recorded Dudal and shared the video on Facebook, which has since received over 4,000 shares and 2,000 likes.

Dudal’s musical abilities were so captivating, even the Varchettis' 10-year-old son and his friend stopped playing video games to listen.

“A lot of people sit down at the piano and play something slow and beautiful. But when I play for someone, I like to go all out,” Dudal told the Post.

Beginning around the age of six, Dudal started playing music on his family’s small keyboard, listening to complicated songs and teaching himself how to recreate them. He eventually took lessons for several years until other hobbies took over his time.
