Guy Fieri is best known as the ultimate connoisseur of American eats.

After 24 seasons hosting the hit Food Network show “Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives,” the platinum-haired chef has tasted the country’s heartiest, spiciest and most iconic roadside fare.

But his latest venture is all about meals for the most important diners in Fieri’s life—his family.

“Guy Fieri Family Food” is the celebrity chef’s sixth cookbook and he’s serving up flavor-packed dishes that make weeknight and weekend meal prep easier when you’re cooking for one-- or a crew.

“This really started almost as a family memoir getting my kid ready for college,” Fieri told Fox & Friends.

One of his signature tips? If you’re making chicken, roast three. You can repurpose the meat for several dishes throughout the week—from enchiladas to chicken salad and even spring rolls.

Other dishes in “Family Food” include Fire-Roasted Fieri Lasagna, Buffalo Chicken Soup, Balsamic BBQ Short Ribs, and Deep Fried Ice Cream "Boulders” for dessert.

Chapters in the new book are designed to help take some of the guesswork out of family meal prep including One for the Week, a budget-friendly meal guide; All Hands on Deck where little helpers can easily get involved; the always crowd-pleasing Pizza Night; a Chili Bar with all the fixings; and Under Pressure, a chapter on dishes made in a pressure cooker that knocks out cooking time.

"Guy Fieri Family Food" is available now and includes 125 recipes.
