Burger King’s got a new burger slathered with buttery sauce.

It’s called the “Extra Long Buttery Cheeseburger,” which contains two beef patties on a hoagie bun, along with typical Whopper toppings and a special garlic flavored sauce, and is offered on Burger King’s “2 for $5” menu.

The Whopper chain has been pushing its Extra-long Cheeseburgers, which include the Original, the Extra Long Fish Sandwich and even an Extra Long Sriracha Cheeseburger.

But you may not want to look over the nutritional information on this one.  With all the fixings, it's 710 calories and has a whopping 1250mg of sodium, 47g of fat and 1.5g of trans fat.  But note that you can order the burger with or without “sauce buttery.” It's not the sandwich that clocks the highest calories for the chain. The Triple Whopper -- with three beef patties, tomatoes, lettuce, mayonnaise, ketchup, pickle slices on a bun--comes in at 1,130 calories.  Yet, some have expressed fear for their carotid arteries.

Along with the Extra Long Buttery Cheeseburger, a Jan. 27 press release announced other new items like jalapeno chicken fries-- an even spicier version of the snack with jalapeño seasoning mixed into the breading.

To cool things off, the chain also has two new shakes: A Dr. Pepper shake and an Oreo Irish mint shake --available for a limited time.

And just in case your wondering if you've seen that green shake somewhere before, the Irish drink does sound a bit like McDonald’s Shamrock Shake,  only available seasonally at the fast-food chain.

The Dr. Pepper and Oreo Irish mint shake are selling for $2.89.
