Patti LaBelle has a sweet potato pie exclusive to Walmart that’s so popular that managers can’t keep in on the shelves.

Since Friday, the grocery store has sold about $1 million worth of Patti’s Pie because of one man who claims the pie made him channel the Godmother of Soul.

James Wright-- a fan of the singer--posted a hilarious musical online review of the pie on Facebook Friday praising her baking skills that since received more than 8 million views because of his hilarious presentation and amazing voice.

In the video Wright, who says he bought 5 pies, takes bites of the pie and then breaks out into song. "You turn into Patti after eating this," he said.

A Walmart spokesman said the Patti LaBelle pies flew off the shelves at a rate of one per second during the 72-hour period from Thursday through Saturday and was the most-visited page on Walmart.com second only to turkey searches.

Walmart spokeswoman Kristen Smithson told KHOU said the grocery store chain is working to restock shelves across the country, "So there's plenty of time for people to stock up before Thanksgiving."

Wright said he was crying like a baby.
