Pippa Middleton and multimillionaire husband James Matthews are enjoying a babymoon at a luxury Italian resort — just weeks before their first child arrives.

Pregnant Pippa, 34 — the sister of Kate, Duchess of Cambridge — and James, 43, are soaking up the sun at Il Pellicano in Tuscany, Page Six can reveal.

Our sources tell us the couple — who tied the knotin May 2017 with Prince William, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle helping them celebrate — have been “extremely low-key.”

Pippa has been spotted showing off her baby bump in a bikini, and as one source said, “Pippa looks absolutely wonderful.”

Il Pellicano — where suites can start at $1,000 a night — is a legendary celebrity hot spot, and designer Tory Burch has called it her favorite hotel.

It is situated on a cliff overlooking Argentario Bay in Porto Ercole, Tuscany, and photographer Slim Aarons famously captured the stylish hotel on camera in the ’70s and ’80s — with royals, socialites and celebrities lounging on the rocks or by the pool with colorful umbrellas overhead.

Today, the hotel has 50 rooms and suites decorated by owner Marie-Louise Sciò as well as a spa that features Santa Maria Novella products.

Pippa — whose baby will be cousin to Prince George, the future King of England, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis — recently spoke about maintaining her fitnesswhile pregnant.

The brunette, who will celebrate her 35th birthday on Sept. 6, said: “I’ve noticed my body change, but through exercise I feel it’s being strengthened.”

“I’m fanatical about sport and have looked at loads of books and websites on exercise during pregnancy, but have been disappointed by the limited technical information what you can and can’t do.”

However, she said she had turned to swimming to keep fit as she nears her due date. “When I learned the happy news that I was pregnant, I realized I needed to adjust my four to five-day-a-week [fitness] routine,” she wrote, noting that she kept her pregnancy a secret from her gym instructor until the “riskier months” were over.
