The “SNL” star says she stayed at the Ritz-Carlton after hosting Sunday night’s BET Awards in Los Angeles. She didn’t provide further detail and her rep didn’t immediately respond to a request for comment.

Shortly after Jones’ tweet was posted, the Ritz-Carlton said via Twitter: “@Lesdoggg We’re sorry to hear this. We pride ourselves on providing excellent service to all. Please DM us & we’ll look into this right away.”

A rep for the Ritz-Carlton did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

The comedian’s social media following quickly threw their support behind her, with many fans saying they’d boycott the hotel. “This is an easy boycott cause I can’t afford the ritz,” quipped one fan about the swanky hotel, where a typical summer Sunday night room rate at the LA property ranges from $489 all the way up to $2,500 for a top-notch executive suite.
