Former "Bachelor" hopeful Lesley Murphy opened up after undergoing a double mastectomy.

Murphy, who competed for Sean Lowe's heart on season 17 of the ABC dating show, revealed she decided to have the surgery after she tested positive for the BRCA 2 gene mutation which increases the chance of breast cancer.

"I have to sleep on my back in the exact same position every night," Murphy wrote alongside a picture of herself post-op. "Sometimes when I make the wrong movements it feels like my chest is detaching from my body, but all in all, I think my upper half is healing nicely!"
