John Legend was all too willing to shake up rush hour.
The 38-year-old singer surprised London commuters on Wednesday when he gave travelers a surprising piano performance at St. Pancras station.
In celebration of International Piano Day, Legend sang some of his biggest hits, including “Ordinary People,” “All of Me” and “Surefire.” He also promoted his new album, “Darkness and Light,” as well as his tour.
However, the station itself may have been in on the surprise. They previously hinted on Twitter that there will be some special performances taking place at the station's pianos. They’re also holding a contest for contestants to win two tickets to see Legend in concert.
It’s International Piano Day today! We can’t wait to hear all the performances on our station pianos! 🎶🎹— St Pancras Int (@StPancrasInt) March 29, 2017
St. Pancras has not mentioned if the station will feature more celebrities tickling the ivories.
