“Real Housewives of Orange County” star Vicki Gunvalson is allegedly at the center of an FBI investigation due to a topless snap, but a legal expert said the investigation will most likely lead to a dead end.

TMZ reported that fellow “Orange County” star Tamra Judge allegedly sent around a racy snap of Gunvalson taken during filming. According to a complaint filed by a woman, the uncensored pic, snapped in Ireland, was sent to a 15-year-old girl who shared the picture on Twitter.

"[Judge] asked [the girl] to distribute it online in an effort to harass and humiliate one Vicki Gunvalson," the complaint alleges.

The woman who filed the complaint writes she did so with the FBI because the photo was allegedly shared on social media.

The FBI said they cannot comment, confirm or deny any investigation.

Manhattan Defense Attorney Lance Fletcher said he expects nothing will come from the complaint.

“There are a number of federal laws designed to protect children from sexually explicit material through the Internet,” explained Fletcher. “It is illegal… to knowingly use computer services to make obscene material available to a minor under 18 years old.”

However, Fletcher said a claim of that nature is difficult to prove.

“There is merit to claim but this type of thing happens on the Internet so often that enforcement is somewhat rare,” Fletcher said.
