Olivia Newton John’s daughter Chloe Lattanzi has reportedly spent more than $450,000 on plastic surgery and new reports suggest she even had a rib removed to make her waist smaller and look more like a Barbie doll.

The 30-year-old’s appearance has changed over the years but a source close to the star has said she suffers from body dysmorphia and can’t stop herself when it comes to cosmetic enhancements.

A source told New Idea magazine: “Chloe’s totally obsessed with getting a Barbie doll body and nothing is ever quite good enough.

“She’s got a horrible case of body dysmorphia — no matter how thin she gets, she always feels she needs to do more.”

Chloe is believed to have had “fillers, Botox, a nose job, breast implants and waist and thigh sculpting” at an estimated cost of $415,000.

The insider continued: “You just have to look at her hip to waist ratio to see something has changed.”

The family pal added that her "Grease" star mother is worried that Chloe could have a plastic surgery addiction.

The source continued: “Olivia says Chloe has an addictive personality and tends to get carried away with things.

“Of course, Chloe is denying having anything done, but the speculation hasn’t stopped. The change is just too dramatic.”

While Chloe has never publicly commented on the plastic surgery rumors, she’s not shy about sharing snaps of her slim frame online.

Some of her followers branded her as “stupid” for posting the snap to Instagram but she didn’t take their comments lying down.

She shared a string of sexy snaps showing off her Barbie doll like figure and said she is a “sexy, confident woman.”

She recently hit back at mean trolls who criticized her for sharing a racy snap of her in a pink bikini in the pool, which showed off her ample cleavage.

She shared another busty snap of her in a shiny purple bikini and wrote: “Having big breasts does not make you stupid.

“It’s calling people stupid for having big breasts that makes you ignorant.

“I celebrate the sexy free confident woman.”

Chloe then followed it up with another snap of in the same two-piece and captioned it: “Unashamed and free.”

Last year, Chloe opened up to FOX411 about her battle with anorexia and her drug and alcohol addictions and said her fiance James Driskill helped her hugely during her recovery.

She said: “He had a lot to do with helping me get through it.

“I’m grateful I’m recovered fully, I’m healthy, I have a lot of fat on my body.”

The daughter of the iconic "Grease" star has a history of cocaine and alcohol abuse and last month she shared a snap of her pretending to drink from a bottle at a liquor store to celebrate being sober for two years.

She captioned it: “#thedrunkolddays #sober2yearsnow.”

Chloe was admitted to hospital for treatment for her eating disorder aged 18 and in 2013, she told Woman’s Day about how she spent seven months in a sober house and had five hours of therapy a day to help her overcome her addictions.

She said moving to LA sparked a downward spiral into the world of partying and revealed she would spend $60 a day on cocaine due to the “immense pressure” that came with being the daughter of a Hollywood star.

She said: “I started to get into the party scene, drinking every night, and then before long I got introduced to cocaine and all of a sudden, the combination of those things took away all the fear and depression and that is when the cycle began.”

The 30-year-old revealed that at her lowest points she was drinking vodka every day and would often suffer from black outs.

It was reported that her famous mother was so worried about her behavior that she called Dr Drew Pinsky of "Celebrity Rehab" to help her but she has now been sober for two years.
