On Tuesday night’s episode of “Jeopardy,” one player was shocked when she lost by just $300, and her face said it all.

According to Uproxx, Monikka Mann correctly answered the Final Jeopardy clue. The question was “On his 1849 death, it was said he was ‘regarded rather with curiosity than admiration’ and ‘few will be grieved.’”

Mann’s correct answer of Edgar Allan Poe left her in the lead at $15,100. When returning champ Pranjal Vachaspati got the answer wrong, it was obvious Mann thought she was the winner.

But the champ’s safe betting tactics left him with $15,400, and he beat Mann, who displayed a shocked expression for the cameras.
