Joe Manganiello put his singing chops to the test to serenade the woman of his dreams during their wedding celebrations in Palm Beach, Florida.
In an adorable video, the “Magic Mike” actor is seen singing Guns N' Roses’ “Sweet Child of Mine” to Sofia Vergara during the couple’s rehearsal dinner with family and friends on Saturday.
The clip posted on Instagram, Manganiello, 38, leans down from the stage to sing directly to Vergara, 43, and gives her a sweet kiss.
“As he sang, Sofia threw her arms up in the air and screamed as she approached the stage,” an eyewitness told Us Magazine. “Joe crouched down to meet her gaze and said, ‘Te amo,’ into the microphone. Sofia grabbed his neck and they kissed a dozen times. Then Joe jumped off the stage and they continued kissing and embraced.”
The “Modern Family” star and Manganiello are set to say “I Do” in a lavish wedding on Sunday. They kicked off their wedding weekend with a cocktail-and-desert rehearsal party at Café Boulud in Palm Beach on Saturday.
Vergara wore a gorgeous short white dress, while Manganiello looked dapper in his blue suit. She changed into another strapless white dress during the evening.
She posted several photos from the festivities on Instagram, giving a rare behind-the-scenes look to a celebrity wedding.
The couple will marry in front of 400 guests at the luxurious beach-side resort, Breakers Palm Beach, on Sunday. According to the invite, guests have been asked to wear gowns and tuxedos for the wedding, which will start with a ceremony at 6 p.m. followed by dinner and dancing.
The couple has asked their more than 400 guests to make donations to several charities in lieu of gifts. One of them is the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital, which helps children battling cancer and other life-threatening diseases.
Vergara’s 23-year-old son Manolo will give her away. She will be sporting a dress by Lebanese designer Zuhair Murad, who is a close friend of hers and has designed several of her red-carpet looks.
