"Teen Mom 2" star Jenelle Evans was arrested on assault charges Thursday after an alleged altercation with her ex-fiance's girlfriend, Myrtle Beach Online reports.

Police were called to a residence around 2 p.m. where a 29 year-old woman told officers she had been accompanying her boyfriend, Nathan Griffith, to retrieve his belongings from his old residence. That is when Evans allegedly threw a drinking glass at the woman's head and injured her.

Evans has been charged with third-degree assault, making this her third arrest of the year. On May 28, she was charged with criminal domestic violence for allegedly assaulting Griffith, whom she was still dating at the time. In February, Evans was arrested on a charge of driving without a license.
