Was something off with Headey’s head?
Last night’s “Game of Thrones” finale has some claiming post-production trickery was at work in a pivotal scene.
First, let us preface the article by noting there will be some MINOR SPOILER ALERTS.
With that out of the way – actress Lena Headey’s character Cersei Lannister went on a stark naked “walk of shame” through town for sleeping with her cousin.
Except many are saying that wasn’t her body – just her face digitally placed on a body double.
Entertainment Weekly reported as much, and Reddit users went a few steps further by doing frame grabs that seem to show Headey’s face digitally placed in another woman’s head. Uproxx has a pretty convincing side by side. The pop culture site also reports Headey was pregnant when the scene was filmed (and the body walking naked through town was not).
