The former stripper suing Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones for allegedly groping her in a hotel bathroom has updated her lawsuit to claim the NFL honcho was paying her hush money for years.

Jana Weckerly — who snapped the racy photos of two young strippers cavorting with the 71-year-old billionaire — claims that Jones and the Cowboys put money in her bank account to keep silent for four years after the 2009 alleged attack.

The former exotic dancer claims the assault took place in the bathroom of a Texas hotel when the randy Cowboy owner forcibly groped her, penetrated her with his fingers, kissed her, and made her watch as he received oral sex from another woman.

The Oklahoma woman is seeking more than $1 million in damages from Jones.

The updated lawsuit, filed Monday, claims Jones was trying to pay off his victim until the five-year statute of limitations expired. A hearing is set for Friday to determine whether the lawsuit, which does not say exactly when the alleged assault took place, was filed too late due to the statute.

Jones has denied the allegations by Weckerly, 27.

The Cowboys referred to an earlier statement from Jones attorney Levi McCathern calling the claims “completely false.”
