Kendall Jenner is determined to quell one rumor swirling around about her.
Kim Kardashian’s little sis is reportedly threatening to sue a New York City waitress/ struggling actress who spread a story around that the E! reality starlet tried to order booze at a restaurant-- even though she’s underage -- and skipped out on her bill when she was denied the drinks. Jenner supposedly then threw money in her waitress’ face when she was approached to pay up.
TMZ reports they’ve obtain a letter by Jenner’s lawyer, Marty Singer, which threatens to sue the waitress for defaming the 18-year-old TV star.

The letter reportedly tells Jenner’s side of the story, saying she accidentally skipped out on the bill and was “extremely apologetic,” she then “politely handed" the money for the tab to waitress when asked.
Jenner also jumped on Twitter to defend herself against the rumors, tweeting:
At the time of the alleged incident, the waitress reportedly tweeted, “"That horrible moment you chase a Kardashian down the street because she forgot to pay her bill to be thrown money in your face."
She has since deleted the message.
