Love hurts sometimes.
Mexican telenovela star and singer Christian Chávez (remember him from RBD and from Rebelde?) was cleared of any wrongdoing after supposedly getting into an all-out brawl with his main squeeze in last week, TMZ is reporting.
Chávez and his partner, Ben Kruger, were arrested in Beverly Hills after a spat that left them both bruised and battered.
TMZ adds that L.A. County’s District Attorney will not prosecute for lack of evidence, since both men say the other is to blame.
The D.A. said that the investigation will resume if cops find new evidence.
Chávez was recognized in 2010 as one of People en Español’s 50 most beautiful and in 2011, he received the GLAAD media award for Outstanding Spanish Language Music Artist for his album Almas Transparentes.
