The curvaceous 'Modern Family' star opens up in the April issue of Vogue about her plans to have more kids — and reveals she’s already taking the necessary measures to welcome more babies!

Sofia Vergara, 40, just welcomed a baby on her hit ABC show "Modern Family," but the voluptuous actress, who is already the proud mom to son Manolo, 21, is ready to have more kids! The Colombian-born bombshell opened up in the April issue of Vogue about her plans to have babies.

While approaching middle age, Sofia is aware that her clock is ticking — and her ability to have kids might soon be running out!

“I have to be careful what I eat because they’re freezing my eggs!” she said during her interview with Vogue. She was extremely candid about her fertility plans!

“And then after that, it is hormone injections,” she added. ”They want to get as many good eggs as they can because usually you produce them but they’re not good. They have to be perfect, perfect, perfect ones. My boyfriend [Nick Loeb] is 37, younger than me, never had kids.”

Even though the Diet Pepsi spokesperson didn’t clarify if she was planning on using a surrogate or not, a source close to Sofia revealed to HollywoodLife.com EXCLUSIVELY that not only is the actress planning on welcoming a baby via a surrogate — she’s worried if she gets pregnant, she’ll lose her iconic figure and sexy acting roles!

More On This...

“At this stage in her career, it’s too risky for her to be pregnant and take her out of the sexy roles that she’s getting right now,” the insider revealed to HollywoodLife.com. “She would lose her figure and at her age there’s no guarantee that she would ever look the same.”
