With President Obama’s inauguration just days away, Latinos in Hollywood are gearing up for the Commander-in-chief’s big day.
On Friday, Mexican rock band Maná announced they will be performing during the 2013 Presidential Inaugural Ball, joining a plethora of artists such as veteran singers Stevie Wonder, Smokey Robinson, and new artists like Alicia Keys, Katy Perry, Usher and Jennifer Hudson.
Various Latino artists such as Antonio Banderas, Rosario Dawson and Marc Anthony will be joining an A-list lineup of entertainers who will gather to celebrate Latino culture in Washington on Sunday.
Eva Longoria will be hosting the upcoming "Latino Inaugural 2013: In Performance at the Kennedy Center" event. The lineup also includes Jose Feliciano, Prince Royce, Frankie Negrón, Rita Moreno and Mario Lopez.
Fox News Latino reached out to Longoria’s political advisor and to the Obama campaign but messages for comment were not returned.
San Antonio Mayor Julian Castro, who gave the keynote speech at the Democratic National Convention, will also be a featured speaker.
The Kennedy Center will present the event in two of its largest theaters.
Actor John Leguizamo is also set to make an appearance at the Creative Coalition Inaugural Ball, which will take place at the Harman Center for the Arts.
President Obama’s second inauguration will take place on Monday at the Washington at the Washington Convention center.
