Teens have spoken and they say that Bieber fever is alive and well after the pop star received four surfboards at the 2012 Teen Choice Awards bringing his career grand total to 12. The Biebs was outdone by country sensation Taylor Swift who brought home five awards bringing her total to a whopping 20, which is the most ever won by a female artist.

Also celebrating is Nas who scored his sixth number one on the Billboard 200 with his tenth studio album "Life Is Good."

And life is seemingly good for the season nine winner of "American Idol" Lee Dewyze who is officially off the market and a married man.

The idol broke the news through Twitter saying "Beautiful wedding, beautiful girl, just beautiful :) WERE (sic) MARRIED!" Beautiful indeed, Dewyze married model Jonna Walsh on Saturday, July 21st.

After weeks of speculations "Idol" rumors were finally put to rest as Mariah Carey announced that she will be joining the judges table on Fox's hit singing competition show. In a statement the songstress said, "As a singer, songwriter, and producer it's going to be fun and rewarding to help find new talent and give back with 'American Idol'"

Rumors will still circulate as the hunt for Steven Tyler's replacement continues.

Former "Idol" contestant Jennifer Hudson finally receives justice for her murdered mother, brother, and 7-year-old nephew after a Chicago judge sentenced her estranged brother-in-law William Balfour to three terms of life in prison plus 120 years on other charges. There is no death penalty in Illinois.
