The second John Doe in the harassment case against actor John Travolta has been identified as a 250lb Atlanta masseur, who is also a certified black belt and a former U.S. Army medic, according to the New York Daily News.

John Truesdale, the man formerly known as John Doe Number 2, was the second man to sue Travolta for sexual battery, the News reports. Truesdale subsequently dropped his case last week.

The 40-year-old married father was confronted by the paper and said, “I thought I was supposed to be anonymous” when asked about the case. He confirmed he worked at the Mandarin Oriental in Atlanta, but would not discuss details of the alleged harassment.

According to the suit filed on May 8, Truesdale accused Travolta of several lewd acts, including “spreading his butt cheeks,” groping Truesdale’s upper thighs, grabbing his legs and pleasuring himself before the end of the massage session on Jan. 28.

Truesdale later dropped his suit and his original lawyer, Okorie Okorocha.  He has since hired Gloria Allred.

“I can’t talk about [the case],” he told the News. “I’m not allowed to give any comment.”
