In previously-sealed court papers, Frances Bean Cobain claims that her mother, Courtney Love, set the house on fire, caused the death of family pets and "has taken drugs for as long as I can remember."

The revelations came from never-before-seen court papers that were filed by Cobain for a restraining order granted against her mother in 2009.

In the documents, obtained by The Fix, the 19-year-old daughter of the late rocker Kurt Cobain lists prescription drugs her mother used to take.

"She basically exists now on ... Xanax, Adderall, Sonata and Abilify, sugar and cigarettes," Francis Bean Cobain says of her mother. "She rarely eats ... She often falls asleep in her bed while she is smoking, and I am constantly worried that she will start a fire (which she has done at least three times) that will threaten our lives."

Frances Bean Cobain also recalls one night when her mother took her to the house of ex-boyfriend James Barber when she was 17.

"She took me in a taxi to his house in the middle of the night, and from outside the house, in her bare feet, she screamed at him, threw rocks at the house and threatened to burn his house down," she says in the court documents. "His children were inside the house, but that did not stop my mother."

Cobain further claimed that her mother's excessive hoarding was to blame for the death of their cat and dog. The cat died when it got tangled in piles of trash, while their dog died after swallowing Love's pills, she said.

The mother and daughter's relationship has been rocky since Frances Bean Cobain was granted a restraining order prohibiting Love, 47, from having any direct or indirect contact with her daughter.
