Mila Kunis, the Ukrainian-born All-American girl with sultry eyes and a killer smile, is Fox411’s 3rd Annual Celebrity of the Year!

(Cue confetti.)

Following her success in last years’s smash “Black Swan,” Kunis scored a hit starring in “Friends with Benefits” with Justin Timberlake – and a date with a very lucky U.S. Marine.

“JT and I had this all planned from the start,” Sgt. Scott Moore of the 3rd Battalion, 2nd Marine Regiment, told Fox411. “He's been a great wingman. It's nice to know he can get over the jealously to help a brother out (just kidding). Justin Timberlake's encouragement definitely helped, I owe him one.”

Moore posted a 19-second video on YouTube back in June, asking Kunis to be his date to the annual Marine Corps Ball. “One of the Marines bet that I wouldn’t make the video and post it,” explained Moore. “Of course, a bet between Marines must be honored, so I took the chance.”

More On This...

After Moore posted the video on YouTube, FOX411.com asked Kunis during a press junket for “Friends With Benefits” if she had seen Moore’s plea. “You need to do it for your country,” a giddy Timberlake insisted to Kunis, before directing his message to Sgt. Moore, “I’m going to work on this, man. This needs to go down.”

Kunis quickly agreed, “I’ll do it,” and then a few days later, confirmed the date via Twitter. “I’m so happy to be going to the Marine Corps Ball!”

Timberlake also snagged his own date to the Marine Corps ball, escorting combat instructor Kelsey De Santis. “It’s like a dating web site now, YouTube,” Kunis laughed in an interview with USA Today.

The brunette beauty also noted Moore’s bravery. “(He) was really ballsy for asking me out on a date on YouTube,” said Kunis. “I have never been to a ball. I get to wear a poufy gown, so why not? It’s fun!”

That same easy-going attitude won Kunis the honor of being GQ’s Knockout of the Year. The August issue featuring Kunis seductively sipping an iced drink was their best-selling issue of the year, with 205,000 readers snapping up the magazine.

Kunis also helped move the fashion magazine W, with the March issue enjoying a 15 percent increase in sales. The February issue of Cosmopolitan, which also featured Kunis, and sold an eye-popping 1.7 million copies.

Currently in Detroit filming "Oz: The Great and Powerful," Kunis also keeps busy voicing Meg on the animated hit series “Family Guy.”

“(My grandparents) barely speak English, but they’ve seen every episode of ‘Family Guy,’” Kunis recently shared on “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.” “They know my voice and they’re like, “Oh, there she is, OK,” and they just kind of watch it, but they have no clue as to what I’m saying.”

Despite her success, Kunis, unlike many of her Hollywood counterparts, hasn’t let it all go to her head.

“I love what I do, but my theory is that it’s people who doubt what they do and want to prove it to you, they’re like ‘It’s art. I create art. It’s art, art, art,’” she said in the December issue of GQ. “I’m like, Holy s**t, are you f**king kidding me? I run around and pretend I’m someone else for 12 hours; I record ‘Family Guy’. Then I get to go home and watch ‘Jersey Shore’.”

Smart, sexy, funny, patriotic, down to earth: what's not to love?
