She says her “Love Don’t Cost a Thing” but American Idol definitely paid a hefty price to have Jennifer Lopez sign back on to judge the 11th season of the popular singing competition.

Entertainment website The Wrap.com is reporting that "Jenny from the block" will be paid a little over $20 million to critique American Idol hopefuls.

The Wrap says that “$20 million was apparently the base minimum for Lopez,” but after difficult negations the final price “ended up just above that number.”

Not a bad raise from the $12 million the stunner earned for season 10.
