As loyal viewers of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" already know, the sisters' DASH shop in Los Angeles can be a source of drama.

Wait, that's not entirely true: It's "a lot of drama," says Malika Haqq, who co-manages the store with her twin sister Khadijah.

The sisters recently stopped by the FNM studios to preview their new series "DASH Dolls," which, in addition to drama, offers a behind-the-scenes look at just how hectic it gets at the West Hollywood boutique.

"I just recently described working at DASH as an experience at Disneyland," says Malika.

"It's not your average boutique," adds Khadijah. "It's kind of like a tourist site, because the owners, Kourtney, Kim and Khloe, are big celebrities. They have a huge fanbase. So we get a lot of tourists."

But as it turns out, working for the Kardashians isn't all fun and games. It takes a special kind of person to balance such a demanding, high-profile position, and Malika and Khadijah know exactly what it takes to get the job done.

"I think more than anything, a DASH Doll truly resembles what the Kardashian sisters are," Malika tells us. "They're hardworking, they're always looking for new ways to increase and better their brand, and we look for that in the young ladies that work in the store as well," says Malika. "I think the best way Khloe described it was like, she doesn't want anyone to come into the store and coast."
