An advice booklet issued by the Islamic State for those who want to carry out “lone wolf” attacks reveals that the terror group is paranoid about what its followers are wearing and how they are communicating.

“Always look like any random tourist or normal traveler,” reads a page from the book, originally written by Al Qaeda and recently re-released in English by ISIS, according to The Telegraph.

“Make the colors go with each other. Wearing a red or yellow shirt with black pants (trousers) will get you noticed as someone who is not used to this kind of clothing,” the booklet adds.

Also among the fashion advice: “Use generic alcoholic perfume as everyone does, and if you are a man, use perfume for men.”

A cover of the booklet, titled “Safety and security guidelines for lone wolf mujahideen and small cells”, shows a damaged Statue of Liberty peering over a burning New York City skyline.

The booklet also gives lists of encryption software that can be used to hide the contents of emails and phone calls, The Telegraph reports.
