Marcela Aguilar is definitely making a name for herself. At 35, she's already the senior director of global marketing communications for Gap, and was recently named one of Ad Age's "Women to Watch." Aguilar is in charge of all global advertising for Gap, and also handles all of their seasonal campaigns. Her background and skills have helped to grow Gap’s marketing platform worldwide.

Originally from Costa Rica, Marcela grew up on a farm in the mountains of her native country. As a young adult she attended the Universidad Latina de Costa Rica and also received a graduate degree from Northwestern University once residing in the states.
