A woman in Old Crow, Yukon, videotaped dozens of caribou stranded on a fast-moving ice floe on the Porcupine River near the Alaska border.

CBC News reported Friday that the woman posted the video on Facebook and said a lot of people feel bad for the animals “but it’s just something that happens every year.”
