Snow exits Northeast; dangerous wind chills continue across upper Midwest

Snow across the Northeast will exit this morning, lingering across southeastern New England into late morning. Overall most areas are only seeing 1-3” accumulations. A few winter weather advisories remain in effect.
Dangerous wind chills in the -10s, -20s, and -30s continues across the Upper Midwest today. While moderated, some of this air mass reaches the South and East today, keeping these regions cold through Thursday.
