Dangerous wind chills sweep the Northern Plains and Midwest

Another blast of cold air returns to the eastern U.S. with below average temperatures and dangerous wind chills for parts of the Northern Plains and Midwest.
Things will start to moderate again for much of the country starting on Sunday.
Another winter storm moves into the west tonight.
Rain and mountain snow will be widespread across the region.
