California flash flooding could cause rock slides

The storm that brought snow, rain and ice across the Northeast and Great Lakes is almost done, but the west is about to get hammered again with heavy rain along the coast, strong winds and impressive snow over the mountains.

Flash flooding will be a threat across the burn scars in California with debris flows and rock slides once again a concern.
