Florida deputies enforce STRICT Halloween rules for sexual predators

The Clay County Sheriff's Office in Florida warns registered sexual offenders and predators to avoid participating in Halloween activities as deputies conduct compliance checks on the registered 268 offenders and 87 predators in the county.
