Transit worker allegedly stabbed to death by felon on electronic monitoring despite repeated probation violations

Suspect Chevazz Campbell, 37, allegedly robbed the victim and had four probation violations while on electronic monitoring at the time of the attack. Officials say it all started over a train fare dispute.
