Man accused of throwing ex-girlfriend and baby off 15th floor balcony smiles as onlookers shout him down: 'COWARD'

A smiling Angel Carrasco, 31, was escorted by police in New York City where bystanders shouted him down. 

Carrasco, 31, was arrested after allegedly throwing his ex-girlfriend Nathaly Ramirez and her 8-month-old child Angel Novalty Carrasco-Ramirez off a 15th floor balcony. His ex-girlfriend was killed but the baby survived.
