Judge William Sullivan tells Lindsay Clancy jury to keep deliberating after jurors presented a note saying they were unable to reach a unanimous decision on Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026.

Following hours of deadlocked deliberations, a jury is sent back to continue their work in a lengthy trial. Noting the case involved more than 80 witnesses and 300 exhibits, the court instructs the jury members to review the evidence and resume deliberations. Both parties recess as the jury returns to deliberate.
