Lancaster County commissioner accuses Shapiro of 'deceptive' framing in measles press conference

Joshua Parsons, one of Lancaster County, Pennsylvania's commissioners, accused Gov. Josh Shapiro of deception for framing an infant's death as being from measles after the county coroner said the baby did not die from the disease.
