Prosecution expert says psychosis doesn't always erase knowing right from wrong

Prosecution psychologist Kirk Heilbrun testified even someone experiencing psychosis with a command hallucination can, "in some cases," know right from wrong and control their behavior, key to whether Lindsay Clancy is criminally responsible.
