Judge shuts down ‘five-star’ hospital debate in Lindsay Clancy trial: ‘This is not TripAdvisor’

Judge William Sullivan said he would not let jurors hear a broad “five-star” versus “two-star” assessment of McLean Hospital, while calling the narrower question of holiday staffing and available programs a “closer call.”
