How eagle-eyed neighbor helped police nab alleged wildfire arsonist who had dangerous fanny pack
An eyewitness says he saw Aaron Farinacci near the site of Spokane’s Old Trails fire before smoke rose, then later helped deputies identify the alleged arsonist.
