Waterspout turned TORNADO sends beachgoers running for cover

A waterspout moved ashore at Folly Beach, South Carolina, and transitioned into a tornado during a surf competition. The National Weather Service stated the tornado reached EF-0 strength with peak winds of 55 miles per hour.
