Naked man SURVIVES after jumping off Brooklyn Bridge

Police rescued and arrested a man after he jumped off the Brooklyn Bridge into the East River using a makeshift parachute. The NYPD Harbor Unit recovered forty-four-year-old Galymzhan Abaildayev from the water and transported him to a hospital.
