Sen Schumer introduces new anti-corruption bill to target Trump, future presidents

Sen. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y. gave a speech on Thursday morning excoriating President Donald Trump's alleged corruption and said his new bill would create a new agency to investigate abuses.
