Fauci attorney speaks out after ejection from hearing

David Schertler, attorney for Dr. Anthony Fauci, said his client had a Fifth Amendment right not to testify before the Senate Homeland Security Committee Wednesday, after Schertler was removed from the room at Chairman Rand Paul's direction.
