Milwaukee County judge Hannah Dugan was convicted of felony obstruction after helping an illegal immigrant, Eduardo Flores-Ruiz, evade federal agents. Despite federal prosecutors requesting jail time, Dugan was ordered to pay a $5,000 fine and received no prison sentence.
