Culver City Police Department has released new video of a carjacking suspect, Juan Luis Estrada, on an alleged crime spree in Los Angeles. Estrada intentionally ran over pedestrians, injuring ten people aged 15 to 70. He faces ten counts of attempted murder after the high-speed chase ended in a restaurant drive-through.
